The Oarai Brand certifies excellent agricultural, marine and processed products that use the image and distinctive regional resources of Oarai Town, and combines the image of food with the town's tourist-friendly image. The brand aims to improve the town's image further and revitalize the region. Taiyaki and cheese-flavored whitebait
Whitebait from Ninbenichi Co., Ltd, green onions made in Ibaraki, cabbage, and cheese are mixed with mayonnaise to create a refreshing and satisfying dish. Maiwai-an's most popular product.
Benikoimo
A yokan with dried sweet potatoes made by putting chopped dried sweet potato in bean paste mixed with dried sweet potato and lined up flat slices of dried sweet potato on top. The packaging is also carefully selected: a blue gift box with a line tied around it representing the seaside of Oarai.
Grilled crab flavored potato chips
Kajima Co., Ltd, which has been involved in crab processing for many years, made these grilled crab-flavored potato chips with Yamayoshi Wasabeef Potato Chips to make it easier for people to experience the delicious taste of crab. Enjoy the flavor and rich umami of the grilled crab.

Beni Haruka
The beni haruka grown in Oarai, where the sea breeze is fragrant, has a strong sweetness and golden color, making it ideal for baked sweet potatoes. It is characterized by the original sweetness of sweet potato and its sticky texture.
Carefully selected fish
Of the fresh seafood caught by the traditional Oarai single boat fishing, single line fishing, tilt net fishing, and bottom trawling, only those that are carefully selected by local fishermen are considered selected fresh fish by the Oarai Machi Fisheries Cooperative.
Specially selected fresh whitebait
Of the whitebait caught in the traditional Oarai single boat seine, those caught in the last net and treated with freshness preservation techniques directly from the Ibaraki Prefectural Fisheries Experiment Station are designated as specially selected fresh whitebait by the Oarai Machi Fisheries Cooperative. The whitebait are squeezed with ice immediately after being landed and then washed with electrolyzed water, which gives them a more firm texture and preserves the freshness of fresh whitebait, which is easily weakened.
Fresh Yamato Shijimi from Hinumagawa River
When fishing for whitebait, we do not use any machines, but instead use human power to carefully collect each individual piece of whitebait to provide our customers with quality whitebait. Because they are collected by hand, each one is shiny and fresh.

Consistently Locally Made Junmai Ginjo Sake Hikoichi
This junmai ginjo is brewed using koshigaraku, rice suited for sake brewing, grown in Oarai. This is the second in the Hikoichi series and is the proud work of the 8th generation of Hikoichi, which has been passed down from generation to generation since the first generation, Hikoichi Sakamoto.
Hokki Dashi Soy Sauce Stock

Araippe Print Senbei

Dancing Chirimen
It was created as a souvenir of Ibaraki bliss, the Ibaraki Kokoro Tsutsumu Project. Dried sardines with peppers made from ingredients such as whitebait from Oarai, Niemon from Kurosawa Soy Sauce Shop in Hitachinaka City, and Japanese peppers from Wakayama Prefecture.

It is a Junmai sake made with chiyonishiki rice grown in Oarai. It has a soft taste with a hint of sweetness from the rice, and is characterized by its refreshing ease of drinking.

An edible chili oil for Fujinoya's inclusive meals. We use quality Oarai whitebait, and the umami is in Fujinoya's special chili oil.
